Did I spell Deja Vous right? 09/30/2010
Sometimes it feels like your relearning things that you've already learned before... like the deja vous of the learning process. I don't believe in going backwards. And going around in circles isn't so bad. Every time steps are retraced something new happens and something else is seen that wasn't seen the first time around. Ok, now how does this tie in to my music? I wrote when I was very young and then wrote whenever I got a chance to take a break from practicing classical music. Composition was always my breath of fresh air, and poetry somehow just fit its way in there. Now I am fully and rapidly breathing. Like I was when I was the little girl, but only in top speed- everything I've learned on my own is coming back to me- my own ear is rejuvenated. Commentsbp 09/30/2010 22:54

It's Deja Vu, actually, which means "already seen." Deja vous would translate as "already you." Kristin Center 10/12/2010 22:09
